Bio
A former Blue Dragon spirit squad member, Ajae Henderson joins the Hutchinson Community College Spirit Squad coaching staff for the 2024-25 season.
A Hutchinson native, Henderson cheered for the Blue Dragons for two years from 2022 to 2024. She serves as co-captain in her freshman season and was the captain in her sophomore season. Henderson was part of the 2024 Region 6 champion Blue Dragon cheer team.
Henderson graduate from Hutchinson High School in 2002 and earned her Associate of Science degree from Hutchinson Community College in 2024. She is currently studying at Fort Hays State University pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.
At Hutchinson High School, Henderson was a four-year varsity cheerleader and was named captain of the team in her senior season. She began competitive gymnastics at age 4 and transitioned to All-Star Cheer at age 11.
